What is MERV rating?
No Filter Pocket? No Problem! Lay filter insert on the inside of any mask for extra MERV 16 protection.
1. Insert fingertip into convenient side slit and hold filter with the rest of hand, curving it slightly up and around finger.
2. Slip filter insert into any face mask filter pocket.
3. Smooth filter insert evenly, making sure nose and mouth breathing areas are covered.
4. If face mask has no filter pocket, the Dragonscale MERV 16 Filter Insert can be smoothed on the inside of any face mask, with the fuzzy side facing the mask.

Our filters are washable and reusable. Clean them 8 times before discarding to reduce waste and save money using our DragonWise Filter Care Method
**Verified on a TSI 8130a, the same machine used to test effectiveness of N95 respirators (42 CFR Part 84), approved by NIOSH. We have also verified our DragonWise Filter Care Method preserves the life of the filters with no loss in quality.
