Your safety and utmost happiness is our goal! We are a small business trying our best to get quality protective gear out to the folks who need it during these stressful times.
If you are ever anything less then happy, it is our mission to make it right, so please reach out to us and we promise to treat you like we would our own family.
Face Mask Filters are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. More often then not they are shipped next business day, or sometimes even the same day depending on when your order came in. Our free shipping is for USPS First Class Package shipping which includes a tracking number. Additional shipping methods are available during checkout.
Other products are shipped within 1-3 business days. Very large orders for any of our handmade items may take longer, if this is the case we will reach out right away and let you know the promised ship date.
Please note that since we are experiencing a global pandemic, there is a possibility of a shipping delay. 99% of our packages ship and make it to their destination expediently, but occasionally our carriers have delays due to distribution centers closing, being short staffed, or other operational issues.
On the bright side, even with thousands of shipments during the pandemic from as early as April, we have only ever had one package that was completely lost, which is pretty great considering the hardship the postal service has been facing.
If you live in an area where you know you have had issues with your deliveries, we are offering UPS delivery options as well - we have had some customers choose this carrier when USPS has been struggling in their town. If you have any questions or prefer a shipping method not listed please contact us and we can work with you.
Also, USPS does indicate on their site that there may be occasional pandemic-related delays, however Priority Express is not subject to these. If you have a critical time-sensitive order, please select either this method or Priority 2 day during checkout (although Priority 2 day is not exempt from the disclaimer on their site).
If you experience a missing package, please reach out to us so we can send you a replacement.
We appreciate your understanding, and if we had a magic wand and could zap products to your doorstep we certainly would! In the meantime, hang in there - we are all in this together.
We will accept returns if a request is made within 14 days of delivery of:
- Unopened sealed product in the original packaging
- Defective products

We will accept exchanges if a request is made within 14 days of delivery of:
- Defective products
- Face Masks that do not fit properly
Note: We will never, ever resell used masks, we just accept them back as a courtesy to our customers. Our face masks are all hand sewn right here in our shop and exchanges or returns do come at a cost for us. We are happy to provide this service for you, but please be considerate in your requests. If you have any questions about sizing before ordering, please reach out to us - we will check your dimensions and make any recommendations.
We will issue a refund if requested upon return of one of the items listed above and that meets the conditions outlined. We will not issue a refund if an item is returned to us that has clearly been used.
Also - if a package is permanently lost in the mail, we will issue a refund or ship you a replacement.
